Quinoa

Our quinoa comes from Arequipa, southern Peru, specifically from La Unión, Condesuyos, Castilla, and Caylloma.

Native to the Andes and cultivated since pre-Hispanic times, quinoa thrives in highland soils and climates. Its exceptional nutritional value has earned it the FAO and WHO classification as a superfood.

Kiwicha

Our kiwicha comes from Arequipa, southern Peru, specifically from La Unión, Condesuyos, Castilla, and Caylloma.

Rich in amino acids, starches, and lipids, it supports the immune system and helps regulate blood sugar. This Andean grain is highly versatile in food products like soups, cookies, drinks, and pastas.

Chia

Salvia hispanica L.

Our chia comes from the Cuzco and Arequipa departments in southern Peru.

Chia seeds are rich in fiber, antioxidants, plant proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Their high liquid absorption makes them ideal for smoothies, puddings, jams, bars, cookies, sauces, and juices.

TARwi

Lupinus mutabilis Sweet

Our tarwi comes from La Libertad, Cusco, Apurímac, and Puno, and is used in the food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries.

Also known as chocho or lupine, it’s a highly nutritious Andean legume, rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, and essential fats that support nervous system development.

Our cañihua comes from Puno.

This Andean superfood is rich in protein and antioxidants, and is used in flours, snacks, and drinks. It’s mainly cultivated in Puno, Cusco, and Ayacucho.

Canary Bean

Our beans come from Arequipa, southern Peru, specifically from Camaná, Castilla, and Caravelí.

Beans are a slow-absorbing carbohydrate, ideal for sustained energy. With a low glycemic index and high protein content, they’re recommended for diabetics and vegans. They also promote healthy skin and hair.

Rice

Our rice comes from Arequipa, southern Peru, specifically from the Camaná area.

Rich in vitamins and minerals, rice supports metabolism, immunity, and organ function. Beyond direct consumption, it’s widely used in the food industry as rice flour for cookies, drinks, meat products, and more.

Cacao beans

Our cocoa beans come from small producer organizations in Junín and San Martín.

We offer fermented, roasted, or nibbed cocoa, meeting organic and fair-trade standards. Native to the Amazon, its rich aroma and flavor rank it among the world’s best. Peru’s vast tropical forests provide ideal growing conditions.

Arabica coffee

Our coffee comes from small producer organizations in Amazonas, San Martín, Cajamarca, and Junín.

We offer green, roasted, and ground beans, meeting SCA standards, as well as organic and fair-trade requirements. Globally recognized for its quality, Peruvian coffee is valued for its smooth, slightly sweet flavor, balanced body, and delicate aroma.
